Greenovations provides home- and business-owners with a comprehensive analysis of their property’s energy consumption as well as suggestions for making it more efficient. During our two- to three- hour home inspection, we:
- check for missing insulation using a thermal camera
- pressurize the building with a blower door to identify air leaks and crucial areas of heat loss
- visually assess window and door joints
- evaluate lighting efficiency
- calculate the energy consumption of major appliances
- survey your household’s habits (how many loads of dishes in a week, how many loads of laundry, etc.)
Our detailed report includes easy to follow recommendations, expected costs of implementation, expected annual savings, and a payback report to help prioritize your projects.

We publish our Green Guide quarterly to keep homeowners up-to-date on the many things they can do to reduce their carbon footprint.
